These products are warranted by Moonlite Marine to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced at our option without charge for either parts or labor at manufactures service center listed in this warranty policy, or at an authorized Moonlite Marine dealer if it has a defect.  The purchaser shall bear all shipping, packing and insurance costs to a Moonlite Marine Service Center.  The warranty will not apply to this product if it has been misused, abused, altered or installed incorrectly (per manufacturer installation instructions).  The manufacture shall not be held responsible for any labor cost incurred during installation or removal of products or parts.  This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties of the manufacture express or implied.  Neither this warranty nor any other warranty express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, shall extend beyond the warranty period.  No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
